About me

I'm Tan Tran Minh, a Full-stack Engineer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I recently graduated from University of Technology - VNU HCM with a BS in Computer Science (GPA 3.4/4.0), where my thesis on a low-code platform earned 8.67/10.

I enjoy building end-to-end products — from designing data models and APIs to crafting clean, responsive interfaces. I have hands-on experience leading small teams through scoping, design, and implementation across web and mobile stacks, including React, Next.js, Angular, React Native, NestJS, and .NET.

    Chatbot: Built PoC AI Agent solutions in Copilot Studio for customer demonstrations across multiple scenarios. Integrated Power Automate flows to automate in-chat tasks and connect with data sources such as ServiceNow and Dynamics 365.

    Data Security Management: Monitored daily sales database health to prevent errors. Applied data loss prevention and information protection best practices in Microsoft Purview to govern AI Agents deployed in customer tenants.

    Key achievement: Identified high-value AI Agent use cases for customer demos, mapped out the core components of a low-code AI Agent built with Copilot Studio, and reduced the time sales spent answering specific and FAQ-style questions.

    Redesigned the company homepage in Next.js. Researched layout and content patterns from well-known software outsourcing companies to inform the design. Result: visitor retention increased from 2s to 20s, and new visitors grew 40% above the 2022 average.
